Your primary responsibilities will include handling Certificates of Compliance (COC), crush test documentation, and providing support for data entry and documentation needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Knowledge of Famous software and Bartender software (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
