We are currently hiring for a part time Engineering Office Assistant in our Gustine, CA office.
General Office experience is a must! This is an entry level position, pay rate will be based on experience.
Job duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform basic clerical functions - copying, scanning, filing, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Monitor and maintain office supplies.
Assist engineers and office staff with requested tasks.
Set up project files and maintain accurate files.
Retrieve information when needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year Experience in an office setting.
Possess Microsoft Office Skills.
Proficient in computer skills.
Demonstrate the ability to follow directions.
Must be organized and show attention to detail.
